After payment is made and received  by the company, the order will be prepared and sent to the specified address by courier within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Any orders created, but not paid for are reserved for you and stored for 5 calendar days starting from the order date. If payment is not received by the due date, your order will be automatically cancelled and the ordered products will be removed from the reserve.

We accept bank cards: Visa, Maestro or Mastercard.

Payment procedure:

• Select the "Bankcard" field.
• Go to the payment page, enter your bank card details (card number, expiration date, CVV, cardholder's name and surname) and click "Pay".
• After filling out card details, you may be redirected to your bank's page to enter your security code. It is required to confirm your identity.

If the payment is not confirmed, please contact your card issuing bank.

Pay for your order online in a couple of clicks using the PayPal electronic payment system for fast and secure payments.

If you are registered on PayPal, you only need to log in with your email address and password to pay.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, after you have confirmed the payment, go to the PayPal website and click "Register". Enter all required information and click "Open account".

Instructions for payment without PayPal:

1. Select "Create an invoice".
2. Fill out the form provided.
• Select your country from the list.
• Enter the card details: number, expiration date, security code, name and surname of the cardholder.
• Enter your billing address.
3. If the billing address and delivery address match, tick the checkbox. If not, remove the checkmark from the checkbox and enter the shipping address.
4. Check all entered data and click the "Continue" button.

Warning! If you would like to save time and use PayPal for future payments, we recommend you register on PayPal.

If you do not have an account and do not wish to register you can use PayPal Plus - a convenient service for making payments.

PayPal Plus brings together various popular payment methods under the PayPal umbrella.
No matter how you pay, everything goes through the PayPal service, even if you do not have an account with the service. It is an easy and convenient way to pay for your orders.

After payment is made, which takes place instantly, order status will show "Completion". This means that the order will be handed over to the delivery service within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Choose card payment when placing your order and tick the box agreeing to the company's terms. Then click "Proceed to Payment" and on the next page, click "Pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay."

Pay for the order by invoice at any bank branch.

Payment procedure:

1. After placing your order, click the "Print receipt" button and go to the page with the completed invoice form.
2. Print and pay the invoice at any bank branch or pay the invoice using online banking.

Please note:

• The created order is reserved and stored for 5 calendar days from the date of creation.
• If payment is not received by the set deadline, it will be automatically cancelled and the ordered products will be returned to stock.
• Please check the time for funds to be credited at your bank branch. Typically it takes 1 to 3 working days to receive your payment.
• Banks may charge a fee for funds transfer that is not included in the invoiced amount. Please contact your bank for more information about such fees.

You can pay for up to 25% of your order with bonuses.

If your bonus account balance is positive, "Use Coral Wallet" fucntion will automatically apply the amount of available bonuses to the payment amount.

If you do not want to pay with bonuses, untick this box, choose any convenient payment method and proceed with your order.

To pay for part or all of your group order, transfer funds from your bonus account to your personal account. Any member of the group can transfer the funds to the member from whose account such order will be placed.

Please note that after the transfer, the bonuses will only be available for placing an order in the online store.

If the payment for the order received after 13:00 (GMT+2), then package is transferred to the courier service next day. Time required for customs clearance is not included in delivery times.

The UAE has a duty-free import threshold; parcels worth up to 1000 AED are not subject to duties and taxes. However, all parcels, regardless of value, are subject to a VAT tax of 5% of the order amount and an administrative fee for processing the tax clearance. Customs payments are calculated including the cost of delivery.

When importing goods worth more than 1000 AED, the following customs tariffs may apply:

• customs duty of up to 7% of the order value;
• import tax of 5%;
• customs release fee 90 AED.

For example, if your order is worth 1100 AED, customs will invoice you:

• up to 77 AED customs duties;
• up to 55 AED tax;
• 90 AED for customs release.

Total up to 222 AED.
